Day 1:

School day, Monday

Snack: Grapes and yogurt drink

Lunch: Chicken and cheese quesadillas

Dinner: Chicken stir fry

Today was my first day on the diet, yay! So first snack time, snack was okay not bad not good because it was pretty plain, I mean you know it’s just some grapes. The chicken and cheese quesadillas I’m not sure if it was healthy but it was definitely AMAZING. The quesadilla was so delicious, with so much flavor and taste it was really good! Then dinner I got the recipe from buzzfeed but changed a few things up. IT TASTED AWESOME it had spices and flavor and an amazing smell. It was healthy but having so much taste it was AMAZING!

Day 4:

School day, Thursday

Snack: Lychee and yogurt drink

Lunch: Leftovers from chicken stir fry

Dinner: Egg noodle stir fry

Today, My mom forgot to make lunch for me so that’s why I had leftovers from dinner. Anyway today I had lychee and yogurt, nothing special just plain but the lychee was juicy and delicious!  And today the chicken stir fry was of course AMAZING again, so much flavor and taste and spice! MM MM MMMM! And the egg noodle was SOOO GOOD! It had vegetables and if you eat it with soy sauce it gives more flavor and the texture was great!

Day 2:

School day, Tuesday

Snack: Grapes and yogurt drink

Lunch: Sesame beef with rice and veggies

Dinner: Ginger chicken with rice

Today snack was same taste as yesterday since it was the same. Lunch was school lunch but it was REALLY good the juicy sesame beef with the sauce and a savoury, and the steamed veggies so good. Dinner was really tasty and the ginger chicken had a lot of flavour with the sauce and I also love chicken a lot. Making something I like a lot and making it healthy helps me eat healthy!

Day 3:

School day, Wednesday

Snack: Strawberries and yogurt drink

Lunch: Leftovers from chicken stir fry

Dinner: Pizza with veggies on side

So today was my cheat day, because I had pizza today!

Today snack was delicious because I LOVE strawberries and I liked the yogurt drink. Then lunch it was AMAZING again of course because the chicken was cooked nicely and the sauce had so much flavor.

And the pizza of course was DELICIOUS because I love pizza I gobbled on the thing and of course the steamed veggies on the side were good!

Day 5:

Snack: Frozen Lychee and chips

Lunch: Clear noodle

Dinner: Spaghetti bologna

Today at school was a half day HOORAY!

So the snacks I tried because my mom said it was good which was frozen lychee it was SO GOOD it was great I don’t know how to describe the taste it was just really GOOD. Then lunch I had after school it was really TASTY the soup with the noodles had a lot of flavor and the bacon strips were amazing, they were juicy, they were tasty it was AMAZING. Then for dinner my stepfather made spaghetti bologna for dinner, it was really good the sauce, the caramelized onions and most importantly the spaghetti. Was AMAZING! The sauce was rich with flavor!

Reflection

So I think that this challenge has encouraged me and my family to start eating healthier on a daily basis. But I'm glad that I'm back to normal so I can eat junk food again! This challenge was really fun but really hard because I had to drive myself away from unhealthy food and I will admit I did cheat a little bit but I tried my best to stay healthy and it was really fun making food and using different recipes.
