Brazil nuts: Brazil nuts are some of the healthiest nuts on the planet.

They have a lot of protein and carbohydrates. They are also good sources of vitamin B-1 (thiamine), vitamin E, vitamin Bâ‚‚, and zinc. Also , they contain one of the highest amounts of selenium of any food; selenium is a vital mineral for maintaining thyroid function. The thyroid gland is a endocrine muscle below the adam's apple in the neck.

Lentils: Lentils are a pulse that are found in many cuisines around the world, such as Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka.

they are a good source of iron, protein, vitamin B1, pantothenic acid, zinc, potassium and vitamin B6.

Oatmeal: Oatmeal is meal made from rolled or ground oats. Oatmeal has gotten more popular over the last 20 years due to its health benefits. Oats have a lot of complex carbohydrates, as well as water-soluble fiber, which slow digestion down and keep levels of blood glucose stable. Oatmeal has a lot of B vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, folate, and potassium. Coarse or steel-cut oats contain more fiber than other varieties.

When eating, eating healthy is a crucial part of a happy life in surprising ways. If you eat too much of something high in fats, oil or grease then it can affect your life in the worst possible ways. Now you can still eat some unhealthy but if you eat too much of it it can become bad so eat healthy and that can lead to a healthy life!

Meats

When eating there are certain types of meats you shouldn’t consume. Processed meats and red meats are the Worst meats and you should try to avoid them.

Processed meats: Processed meats are meats that have processed sugar and have been transformed through salting, smelting, fermentation and machinery. Through the process flavor, spices, sugars and salt are put into the meat to give it more flavor.

Red Meat: Red meats are referred as all types of mammalian muscle meat. Red meat is meat that’s red and it’s also unhealthy, red meats are

  • goat

  • Horse

White meat:  white meats are the healthiest types of meat, White meats include types of poultry and fish.

Diseases from eating unhealthy

When eating unhealthy for a long amount of time and eating too much of it there can be serious consequences. I’ll be telling you some of them because there are so many. Having an unhealthy diet can cuase cardiovascular diseases such as  

  • being overweight or obese

  • tooth decay

  • high blood pressure

  • high cholesterol

  • heart disease and stroke

  • type-2 diabetes

  • osteoporosis

  • some cancers

  • depression

  • eating disorders.

I will tell you about heart disease and diabetes.

Diabetes:

When you eat too much sugar you can get diabetes. You get diabetes when you’re not able to produce something called insulin which balances the blood sugar. But you’re able to produce it so your blood sugar goes out of whack and whenever you eat something you have to take a shot of insulin to balance your blood sugar. Symptoms of diabetes are:

  • Unusual thirst

  • Frequent urination

  • Weight change (gain or loss)

  • Extreme fatigue or lack of energy

  • Blurred vision

  • Frequent or recurring infections

  • Cuts and bruises that are slow to heal

  • Tingling or numbness in the hands or feet

  • Trouble getting or maintaining an erection

Heart disease

Heart disease is very serious symptoms of heart disease include:

  • Pale or blue skin

  • Rashes and bruises

  • Swelling in legs or abdomen

  • Dry and persistent coughs

  • Fatigue and weakness

  • Fever

  • Shortness of breath

  • Near fainting

  • Racing heart beat

  • Dizziness

  • Chest pain.
